Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in purchasing Controlled Chaos products as a wholesale buyer. Please carefully review the following Wholesale Terms and Conditions. By applying for and placing a wholesale order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Wholesale Eligibility & Requirements

Wholesale purchasing is available exclusively to licensed Salon Owners and Professional Hair Stylists. Proof of license or business credentials may be required for approval.

  • Wholesale purchases are strictly for professional resale purposes only and not for personal use, testing, or consumer consumption.

  • Controlled Chaos reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion.

2. Applying as a Wholesaler

To apply for a wholesale account, please email info@controlledchaoshair.com with the following information:

  • Salon or business name

  • License number (if applicable)

  • Salon or business address

Alternatively, applicants may complete the wholesale application form provided on our website.

  • USA & Canada: Flat rate shipping of $14

  • Other Countries: TBD

  • Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, excluding holidays and unforeseen delays.

  • Controlled Chaos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

5. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for USA and Canada orders over USD 500 (before tax, if applicable).

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All wholesale sales are final.

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery, along with photos and order details.

  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items are strictly non-refundable.

  • Products sold under the wholesale program are intended solely for resale and are not eligible for personal-use returns, satisfaction guarantees, or performance-based refunds.

7. Pricing & Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

  • Wholesale pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Wholesalers must market and sell Controlled Chaos products at or above the prices listed on the Approved Manufacturer Retail Price List.

  • Selling or advertising products below the approved retail price is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

8. Sales Channels & Market Restrictions

  • Wholesalers may sell Controlled Chaos products only in approved physical salon locations or approved channels.

  • Selling or marketing Controlled Chaos products on online marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, or similar platforms) is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, images, and other intellectual property associated with Controlled Chaos are the exclusive property of Controlled Chaos.

  • Wholesale buyers may use approved brand materials solely in connection with the resale of Controlled Chaos products.

  • Materials may not be altered, reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

Wholesale buyers agree to keep all non-public information—including wholesale pricing, product information, marketing materials, and business practices—strictly confidential and not disclose such information to any third party without written authorization from Controlled Chaos.

11. Termination of Wholesale Account

Controlled Chaos reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of wholesale privileges, or any conduct deemed harmful to the brand.

12. Amendments

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended by Controlled Chaos at any time without prior notice. Wholesale buyers are responsible for reviewing the most current version regularly.
