Wholesale Requirements: Wholesale orders are only available for Salon Owners and Hair Stylists. The minimum order requirement is 1 case or 12 units of product.

Apply as a Wholesaler: To apply as a wholesaler, send us an email at info@controlledchaoshair.com with the following information: salon/business name or license number, salon/business address or fill the form in here.

Ordering and Payment: All orders must be placed by sending us an email at  info@controlledchaoshair.com. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept all major credit cards.

Shipping: Shipping charge is $14 for USA and Canada, and $25 for international orders, and the orders will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer Free US and Canada Shipping for orders over $1000.

Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for wholesale orders unless the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Pricing: Wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice. Wholesalers shall market Controlled Chaos Products at the price listed on the Approved Manufacturer Retail Price List. Wholesalers shall not be permitted to market Products at prices less than those listed on the Approved Manufacturer Retail Price List.

Market: Wholesaler is not permitted to market or sell Controlled Chaos Products on any online marketplaces (including, but not limited to Amazon, Walmart.com).

Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property used in connection with Controlled Chaos products are the property of Controlled Chaos. Wholesale buyers may only use these materials in connection with the sale of Controlled Chaos products and may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them in any other way.

Confidentiality: Wholesale buyers agree to keep all pricing, product information, and other sensitive business information confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without our written consent.

Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended by Controlled Chaos at any time without notice. Wholesale buyers are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
